Welcome to www.petalsindia.co (“Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Site and services offered by Petals (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to revise prices, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. Petals does not store card or banking details and is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout but may vary.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural events) are not our liability.

  • You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at your expense.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products, reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • To request a return, contact us at ask@petalsindia.co with your order details and photos of the product.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Products used, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, packaging designs, etc.) is owned or licensed by Petals.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Communications & Marketing

  • By using our Site, you consent to receive communications (order updates, service messages, and, if opted in, promotional offers) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or writing to ask@petalsindia.co.

  • All products and services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties (express or implied) about the Site or products.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of data, profits, or goodwill).

    • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
